Very friendly customer support. Immediate responds and action. As a webmaster and own couple dozen of sites, i have to say ServerFreak is da bomb. I give Serverfreak a highly recommendation to people want to hosts their site. Zero worries with these guys.
Excellent customers support provided by this host. Setup my account within 15 minutes after payment. Allow me to change server location even after account has been setup. Good job.
Hosting Upload totally 100% uptime, no server down since 2 years ago im using, very fast reply customer question even you email at 3.00am oclock, easyly ask question with YM.

maybe the price of domain are little bit expensive around RM40, but i dont care because the service is good, and customer happy

I just moved to ServerFreak about a few months ago because I needed a better performance for some of my dynamic applications that I was putting up. Now I'm proud to say I'm hosted by ServerFreak , and so far, I'm loving their service!
Most of my problems are answered very quickly. All in all, I have to give ServerFreak a perfect five-stars rating for their surpassed reliability, stability, performance, and excellent customer support. The prices are just right too.

There was only one time I can remember in which the site was down. It was up and running again in a day, and never happened again.

I have been hosting with these guys many years now, I switched to server freak because my previous hosters' services were *&^%$
The administrators are often more than willing to assist an IT illiterate person such as yours truly with even the most trivial problem and this is one of this company's MAJOR plus point!
They never cease to amaze and delight me with personalized customer service and technical support within ultra swift response time (the fastest response time is within seconds of reporting). The uptime is almost perfect rarely does my site ever be down for whatever reason. I have hosted with a few companies both local and international before server freak, both unknown and popular ones before this, and never have I ever been let down by this company and I can't sing enough praises for them! The type of personalized friendly and committed service offered are just unavailable with other companies even the BIG named ones. Indeed one-of-a-kind pleasant service at the most affordable price hands down. Keep up the good work fellas :)

None whatsoever, whatever shortcoming (if any, I can't think of any for now) they make it up with above excellent customer service and support services!
1) "You don't have to worry all these, I will handle all these for you!" This statement by Sam made me go to ServerFreak with no doubt.
2) All my work were handle properly and orderly
3) Ownership on your server to make your it is functioning correctly.
4) Professional services and knowledgeable.
ServerFreak is the best hosting company that I have ever had. They respond to any technical issue via email within an hour, and usually you can expect to get your technical problem solved in few hours.
Some time I run into several troubles, one after another, and ServerFreak (especially Sam) will assist me to solve all of them one by one - efficiently, smoothly and responsibly!
With ServerFreak, everything is about fast, efficient and satisfaction. I had encountered late night full support via phone (they even have 24hr mobile number for you to get assistance), get all issues address on the spot, and even follow up call to make sure everything is fine.
I'm not a tech savvy person, and sometime I did some silly mistakes on the server, but ServerFreak will even help me to solve them. I really truly appreciate their professionalism in this.
I had recommended to many people about this company, and will still continue to highly recommend ServerFreak. As for myself, I'll never have to change to any other hosting company anymore.
Serverfreak staff was able to provide me support several times instantly. A few of these times were sometime around past midnight. They are very knowledgeable and could help me with my problem very well. Will continue on to recommend them.
Very good customer service, reachable and easy to contact, offers help and aid within instances. I've never experienced scenario hardly waited for them to answer my questions and solve them.

Believe me! This is not a bogus claims. Everything you need for web hosting, even when you don't know anything about website. Quality product, excellent services, friendly support & best of all KNOWLEDGE, they give it all. Imagine at 3am you still can get their support. I'm a novice but now I'm an expert, thanks to ServerFreak!
Their support is fantastic. Each problem has been solved within minutes and there is no need to repeat the request because they understand the issue the first time you explain, this shows their expertise in the field.
I've been using ServerFreak for the past few months and the customer service had been excellent. I was new to webhosting and servers and needed some guidance. The ServerFreak people helped me out even if it was night time or over the weekend. Since they were great, I bought a total of 3 domain names and hosted all of them with ServerFreak.
Their services and support absolutely satisfied me. Although I am just a small customer of them, but they still offer me a lot of support when I'm facing a lot of problems. Price are affordable, yet support are so great. I would like to recommended this hosting company for everybody out there. Looks no further, ServerFreak are reliable.
First of all. The Customer support is unbelievable. At first when I don't have their MSN, I emailed them, hoping that they would reply within 5 hours. But astonishingly I got a reply within 30 minutes. After a few emails, I asked for their MSN, and immediately I was given one MSN to keep frequent contacts with. Without any doubt, MSN was much faster. I can't write anymore. I'll just leave it here.

I would like to say about the most is their support. They have really good support and they are fast in replying your ticket... The uptime is like 100% since i hosted there. The features are the same in every host though. :)
